Individual nutrition therapy for teens and adults
Initial Assessment: $220 for 60 minutes
Follow-up Session: $200 for 50-55 minutes
Parent Sessions: $240 for 60 minutes

Out of network with insurances
I am an out-of-network provider and am not in contract with any insurance companies.
Many clients, both in and out of state, get either a portion or full coverage from their insurance by submitting a superbill. Please check out this script with instructions on how to find out what your insurance coverage is.

It will have specific information and codes from our session so insurance can properly process the appointment.

Your card will be stored on file and payments for sessions will be processed within 24 hours of the appointment.
